Trending @Accenture; Want to resign

I eagerly want to through resignation letter on my manager’s face!! I am pissed enough. No hikes since 2.5 yrs :| Trying to get an offer outside but miserably failing!! Hardly getting any calls, they just want an immediate to 30 days joiner.

If you have any tips, please do help

You can say notice period is negotiable
Also once you get buyout the notice in the worst case

But definitely there will be one company which will accept 90np just wait for that time it will be peaceful exit

I’d suggest not resigning without an offer right now. When most people are getting good hikes, it indicates a strong market—that’s the best time to switch. If hikes are low, the market isn’t great, so think calmly. Of course, if you’re highly skilled, you can switch anytime.

And then here i am with no hike and promotion since 4 years. And they say issue is related to their records and policies that i got tagged to new market but somehow i am not eligible for promotions or hike in new market...

Same as my case waiting for promotion since last mid year but everytime they give lame reasons. I know they won't give roll off so only solution is to throw resignation on their face.

I will suggest change the project if not getting anything outside, take a release from project and find another project.
Throwing resignation letter on your manager face with no Job offer in hand is your loss not his.
