I am a 26 year old Male with 8.5LPA salary. I have been working in the corporate for 4 years. I want to improve my communication skills as I am very very lacking in that. When I start talking to anyone I feel like my English communication is weak, and that time I have a feeling like I will make mistakes like grammar, etc. Fear while communication. I have good command over the technology which I am working but lacking in communication. Not able to make a sentence properly while communicating. From school time only I have a fear of talking in public or talking in English. I don't know the English grammar, even though I didn't even try to learn it.

Only way is to talk more in English. And you can only talk in English with you colleagues. Reading books and watching english movies/series are just as on.
Take chatgpt subscription , talk to her/him.
Keep picking up the calls from bpo who sell sims creditcards etc on phone…nad practice practice As with collegeue: also u cant practice it to gain cinfidence
It's all about confidence, just be more confident while speaking, make eye contact, be firm, and you'll make mistakes but that's how you'll learn.
Try with people you're comfortable with then do it with clients and others with whom you're not comfortable, with time you'll do great

Spoken english is different from writing in English. Nobody cares about grammatical mistakes while speaking. Communication is the key. The more you speak, the more you'll get comfortable.
