I got OL in Feb 2023 from Oncampus placements in Accenture and still waiting for DOJ. Most of my friends are onboarded in June itself and I am still waiting. I was expecting the DOJ for sept 30 but disappointed again. I don't know what to do . Any Idea why the onboarding is very slow for on campus students?

Accenture's onboarding can be painfully slow, especially for on-campus hires. HR inefficiencies and disorganization are common culprits. Keep pushing HR and consider other job offers to stay proactive.

Don't wait for Accenture. Keep on trying for other companies. Product based companies. Accenture doesn't give any learning experience.
