Trending @Accenture; VP got released

My base pay before march is 3.38 LPA. So I got a VP of 16.3K with 8.5% from base pay.

But from march my base pay is 5.25 LPA. But I got 16.2k with 8.5%. I don't know how they calculate the VP.

It is 8.5% from the base pay right? So I should get around 22k na?
