Trending @Accenture; VP for November is updated in rewards portal or not.If not any idea when will it get updated

I joined Accenture as a fresher on Jan 2021. I got promoted to analyst on Mar 2023 after that no promotion hike since I went for maternity leave last nov. Will they have me this time?

I joined Accenture in July 2024 as lvl 11. Since then I haven’t received any hike or promotion. Just 2 months back I got into a new project (TIAA), before that I was in another project.

Any chance of getting atleast any hike this time and if so how much percentage?
