Can we expect 8 to 9% VP this time? I joined in August 2024 so recieved a nominal 5.25% VP in November.
Now that I have been working in a project can we expect some better % ?

mid level contributors get 8-9% is what majority get.. Top performers & boot lickers get 15-18%.. rest get 0% as they would moved to Pip..

7.4% is I think bare minimum. So you can expect 8-10%
