Trending @Accenture; VP calculations
Saw many posts over VP calculations concerns and here is how it's done:
Niche ki details kalpanik hai aur vastavikta se koi sambandh nahi hai : Joined on 1st nov 24, VP received 10%, fixed pay 10 lpa
Calculations:
VP cycle is considered from Sept-Feb, so your total months considered from Nov-Feb will be 4.
10% of 10 lpa = 100000 (This is yearly payout) VP for 1 month = 8333
VP to be received in May = 8333*4 = 33333
If your chargeability is 100% you will get 33333
Otherwise if chargeability is supposed 90% You will get = 33333*0.9 = 30000
Please correct if wrong!
Chargeability * VP% * BasePay / 2 is what I know
This is correct for someone who joined before Sept last year.. there is confusion in people who joined after sept, so had to elaborate 😋
I have joined on 20nov2024 with 100%chargeability base pay is 7.6lpa ,I got only 12k variable pay in rewards section
I am not able to understand how they are calculating
@ThorWithoutThunder In my case initially I had added traning charge code for Jan and then PPA with chargeable code in Feb still chargeable for Jan is shown as 0 in allsec due to which my YTD was 80% and got less amount. On myte is shows correct 100%.
Any idea if I can get my remaining amount due to this chargeability issue and how??

Not sure bro.. neven heard this situation before.. better you talk to your people lead or supervisor for clarification.
