If you are on notice, then expect next to nothing.
I have seen leadership put people in PIP just coz they were on notice and they had a quota to fill.

Nothing is gonna change now. Everything is locked in the system. Even if you abscond you'll get your VP along with May Salary. And whatever hike you'll get that will be visible on 1st June by default.
