Trending @Accenture; Vidal Parent Policy Claim Rejection

What option do we have if reimbursement claim for parent policy is rejected by Vidal without valid reasons? Claim for same OPD based treatment was approved last month.

Vidal gave 1/3 of money for my own operation. I am still trying to figure out why? Anyone knows the process?

Generally , as per policy Vidal will pay 90% of the will for employees and 10% by employee.

However there are multiple services not covered in insurance so those amount can't be reimbursed.

Also each service has a upper bound, for example room charges have upper bound of 10000/ per day in that case you cant take a room of 25000/ per day

And all details are of approved amount and rejected amount are available on Vidal portal

Normally they would ask for additional documents and if not provided within timeline then gets rejected.

Creating a case with Marsh will help you get it solved. If that does not work then loop their escalation team along with the Vidal Ceo email might help. A few of my teammates had to get things done this way but eventually l got resolved so send out emails and all the best
