Trending @Accenture; Vidal insurance : help me urgent.

What if we don't have the documents they asked for. Or different spelling in document and Adhar card . Do they reject the claim?

They might reject if documents don't match, but sometimes they allow corrections. Best to contact them directly and explain the situation.

Correction means initial is not mentioned in Bills. But in claim her initial is there..so

Usually they don't reject as they want high percentage of claim. First check everything with internal team. Once you give your medical documents with internal team then they handle everything also if they think something is missing they will keep your claim on hold and connects with you first.

Yha it's near 2lacks so almost 1month gone.still they are asking extra documents and procedures also slow

I have claimed twice with Vidal and they seems to be good at service except phone calls. When you go to the vidal homepage u will see a bot, that bot will be a legit agent talking to you. So you can clarify your doubts asking them.

Secondly they don't answer to the phone calls and call will be eternally on waiting (if lucky they also pick the calls, but I was not that lucky). In helpdesk you can directly ask any questions or regarding your claim request through a form (present in Vidal page). You will also get mail with incident after submitting the form. Believe me, this service is good because they don't ignore the mail but phone calls is bad af as the calls will be on waiting eternally 💀.

When it comes to name difference in aadhar and bill. It's better you submit, any corrections they will mail you regarding your claim request.

No.. Visit near by vidal office in person and it will get done innfew mins, search in google for location

Please create an incident with insurance team. They help in whole process. I was also not having some documents and hospital name was not listed in rohini. I raised incident, they sent me a form to fill which I filled half only then sent it to their mentioned address for me it was Mumbai. They completed whole process by themselves and I got claim within a week
