Trending @Accenture; Vidal health shortfall notice

I have submitted an insurance claim for my mother's hospital treatment. Vidal health sent me a shortfall email stating hospital registration certificate has to be submitted but when I checked with hospital they said they don't have such process and won't give me the certificate. What to do further in this case?
