Trending @Accenture; Very Unprofessional Managers

since we started coming to the office, I have noticed that many managers often yell at their teams, which feels unprofessional. I understand that they are in charge, but this is not the right way to lead. From what I have observed, these managers seem to have gained their positions through experience, not through professional behavior or leadership skills. At times, the way they speak reminds me of the aggressive management style often shown in reels about private banking managers.
