In oct 22 i got promoted (level11) and after that there is no hike. Today I received only 8 % hike, which i felt not a worthy wait of 2 years

Just switch bro , I recently talked to guy who joined Accenture. He got 11lpa ,80% hike.

Bro . You are lucky at least you got 8. Here no hike this year as well and who got hike, the percentage is 3 to 6. Average salary packages of the hiked people is 6 lakhs only.
