I joined in sept 24 at cl 10 ,with basic pay 9.4 and variable 2 lakh.what varoable pay i can expect in may payslip.please suggest.

Depends of percentage they give...if you getting 10 %
Then it's 94000 for the whole year ( 2 cycles ) so you will be getting 47000 if you are fully chargable ( client project )
If chargability is less then 50 % then u will get min 50 % which is 23500

Bro 10% is too much.. I got 7% on my first cycle.
