I joined Accenture in Sept 2024, when I can expect 1st variable pay. And how much it will come for CL 11 if my variable pay is 2 lpa.

As per your joining date, you should get your 1st vp in May. Before that your lead will connect with you to discuss vp percentage based on your performance and billing.
