Trending @Accenture; Variable pay query
Hi My level is 9 and my variable pay is 4.7 lacs per year and I have joined Accenture in nov 2024.
What percentage I can expect this month??
It will be paid twice like on your base pay you get percentage like example once cycle is 9% next cycle they give 6% over all year you will get like 15% or may be little high...you won't get 27% full VP even for TP

That's not completely correct actually, if your max variable is 27%, then you stand to get upto 27% in one cycle..be it june or November cycle..
But whatever variable you get would be calculated on the amount you have drawn from the company.
So for instance, you drew 10lac in 6 months, and you get 10% variable, so approximately you will get 1lk variable!
The concentration should be on the base pay
