Trending @Accenture; Variable Pay only 7 I used to get variable pay 15 percent

I really don’t understand why variable pay is not being released these days. It’s frustrating, especially because many of us depend on that additional income. Now it feels like even that is being reduced. The management really needs to focus on addressing these issues and supporting employees better.
