Trending @Accenture; Variable pay november
My fixed pay is 15lpa and variable pay is 21% of base pay. How much i should expect as VP in november cycle.

This 5%, is it of the fixed pay 15lakh or the VP 3.15lakh

Whatever you'll get as % it will be on your fixed pay 15lpa, so if you get 10%, you'll get 1.5 lakh, and if you're below L7 which it seems you're, you'll get half of it as of L7 and below it's distributed two times in a year
General bracket 7-13 ...if u have performed good then maybe 15-16 as I got 16 in last cycle...but not more than that I believe, atleast haven't found anyone receiving more than that.
7.4-12% (general bracket) You can expect more than 12 if you and your project have performed and been recognised really well.
Fixed payment/2 (half Year) x (5%-9% {VP% }) x Productivity % = Your VP.
