Trending @Accenture; Variable pay in May salary

no rule as 7% Min

I heard 7 to 8 is average , and on year it is 15% so it's not bad , in my offer letter it is written 21%

Sorry to say my variable pay in offer letter is 276000 , if I am getting 8k and 10k for 3 months that's ridiculous, it's not even 1 % of my fixed salary

And my project joining date is also 26 december it's more than 3 months
