No one can guess that. And it will not be common. It also depends on your YOE at Accenture and months at level. So cannot predict

I joined on December 6, 2023, and I have been on a project since the second day. In May, I only received 15,000. I have a 1.89L variable component for December I got 52K

You will only get a percent of variable pay which was awarded to you on December cycle. Since you joined Nov you might not have got considerable amount. Now you will get prorated amount for May cycle
