Hi All, I have a doubt. I resigned on 16-April-2024. My last working day is 16-July-2024. I am negotiating to release myself on 30th June 2024. Will i get variable pay?

I have health issues. I have produced all the original reports to my HR, Sr.Manager and lead. Hence they have agreed to release me 15 days early.
