I got an offer yesterday, will put on my papers by next week, I have doubt whether I will get variable pay this month or in fnf or no variable pay at all? As the letter is not yet released should I wait until ? Need your thoughts🤞🏻

You will be getting the variable pay in May month salary as you still have to serve notice period of 3 months. Only the last month salary along with leave encashments will be received in FNF.
