Is VP scam is same for every company or its for Accenture only?

In Accenture, the more time you will spend in the company the better VP you will receive. In the first year it will be very less even if chargeability is 100% or feedback is very good. Ex: In the first year I got only 8% VP and in second 14% VP.

Han but total.VP.is told 1.5lkh and despite of 100 percent changebility and certification completion with good review and all got total 5 % I e .. 40 k only

Variable pay doesn't just depend on your work but also company's performance. I would say though your visibility with whoever decides your performance outcomes matters a lot

I feel the payment of VP after 3 months of end of the previos cycle ensures whenever we leave the org we lose VP. Any thoughts on this ?

that is true, for most of the company i have worked, Your rating and hike is disclosed within 1 month of appraisal/reflections. Here they purposely delay it for 3 months. Saves them Money and Buy them time from ekmoleyee planning to leave. Accenture is pretty good at this, shows its capability as a strategy company 🤣
