I just had a team meeting with all my leads and senior manager. The senior manager said that the variable pay details will be released by this weekend and promotions will be released by 27th may.🙂

Variable already released in dec-2023.. you will get remaining amount from that..
no promotions in june-2024

Yes it’s confirmed.. this june cucle is mid year cycle and variable pay already decided for whole year in nov

My bad variable pay not yet declared.. dec-2023 shows cumulative for may + nov-2023 No hikes this mid year cycle June-2024

There is strict direction from HR that leads do not disclose any information about promotions right now.
