Got variable pay - 7.2% Still No Change is written under base pay but what does it mean which is written below. Please check screenshot ? Can we expect any hike in December? Can anyone please clarify
Annual hike cycle is in Dec. if you haven’t received anything for base pay now, you have to wait till Dec 2025 for base pay hike. June 2025 is when the promoters can expect good hike going forward. Which means, majority of promotions which was happening in Dec until now is postponed to Jun. so number of promotions also will be less in Dec.
It says December because you get your base pay hike ( if any) in December salary. Next revision will be in June salary (if any)
What is your current base pay and yoe?
It means you got zero hike and 7.2 percent vp.
