Recently went through pip and cleared it My lead gave me good feedback And for this cycle also I have received decent feedback from her on workday Can I expect variable pay in this cycle since I went through pip Anyone who received?

After PIP for 1 yr you don't get VP. This is what I know

Yes they won’t consider it for 2 vps thy would say you fall in both the cycles I faced the same
