I joined Accenture in jan 2024, in the month of may I got 4k as variable pay. In my offer it is mentioned as 1.75Lakhs.
How much can I expect in November?

The variable pay we get in May is for performance during the September to February, and what we get in November is for performance during the March to August.
You joined in Jan, so you got so less vp in may, but you can expect a good amount in this nov cycle if you have performed well. It can be from 8% to 15%.

You should atleast get min 50k , max I have see upto 70-80k
