Trending @Accenture; Variable pay 2025 may for lateral joiners in November 2024

I joined in November 2024 and got a project in February. Will I be eligible for variable pay of 2025 May. If yes then what can be the default percentage. And is there any hike in the upcoming cycle.,?

You will receive variable pay in may cycle, even i joined Accenture in nov 2023 and got variable pay in may'24 cycle but don't expect much

What's your base pay? You'll get variable pay (VP) in May for sure. But the figure will be around 6%-9% of your VP given in CTC breakdown.

In May, the variable payout is for Sep to Feb, however you got the project in Feb and only days when you are tagged in project are applicable for vp so will receive some peanuts in the vp

You will not get any hike until you complete 1year, and about variable pay you should be out of probation and you might not get it because you joined in November, We joined in March didn't get variable pay in May we got it in November.
