Trending @Accenture; Variable calculation.
Can someone tell me the variable payout calculation bcz I'm confused in my case. I joined in April 2025 and my variable is 27% which is around 4lac at level 9. And they are giving me 10% which showing in tool is 50k. I'm lost what is happening here....
Can someone help me understand the backend calculation?
So as per what gyaan I got, variable varies not only as per your performance, it has your du, region, company performance also . And then you prorate per your joining. All these factors are what contribute, so no wonder you will never get 27
But nobody will explain that formula

VP is scam in Accenture
VB pay is based on performance, Very very few get good VB pay in Accenture. While coming to Accenture we must take all amounts in fixed pay only. Because VB pay is like just 70-75k max once in six months for Level 9
But this wrong holding 4 lac and paying maximum 1.5 lac
10% of your fixed pay is variable payout, and since we get it 2 times in a year so only half of your fixed is counted in the payout so 10 % of (fixed/2). Count your fixed pay from the day you got billed and 10% of that was your payout

It’s a big scam on the name of VP. Even after 100% utilisation they won’t give 100% VP.
