Trending @Accenture; Variable bonus scam😭

I got 80k for bonus but in-hand i received 60k and 20k went on tax.. Before that 3k tax was getting deducted every month Now that 80k is added to the ctc and the ctc is the went above the tax level and now 8k is getting deducted every month 😭 It's like they have given me a loan and are deducting that every month..

Earn less pay less tax. If you are marking this a scam then pay rise is also a scam on the same logic!

Ya it's not a scam...but I feel they shouldn't add the variable bonus to ctc...

Lol how is this a scam? They're giving you your pay according to the government rules. If anything, ask questions from the government. Each company will add your variable pay to CTC.
