Trending @Accenture; Variable bonus only 6%
I joined Accenture on 30th dec 2024, and in May salary got variable bonus only 6 %. Which was for sep to Feb cycle. Does this make sense since the bracket was 0 to 27%. I am already in my second project since I joined and work is smooth. Should I expect same 6 % in November also as it seems to be for most people?

I wanna know how it is even calculated? Is it 0 to 27% of fixed salary? Is your 6% VP is 6% of the fixed pay?
divide your fixed salary by 2, then on that amount you get the % variable,
Suppose you fixed is 5L then divide by 2 , so 2.5 L then if you get a variable of 6%
so, calculate 6% of 2.5 L
(Not sure it is just my guess)
5-7 percent default for first time
You can expect more VP % in Nov as per your performance and project budget.. Usually 10-15%
