He cannot change anything but can make your life miserable by creating Unwanted problems and blockers by simply delaying things.. Play a bit smart.. If you know he is a good person then may be talk to him first… If he is toxic then don’t mess with him at the moment..

My understanding Bonus is lost fully if resigned before 30 November.

Wait till November end till you get the bonus credited and then resign the very moment
