Trending @Accenture; Urgent response needed

I have raised grievance about zero base pay hike since I joined in May 2024 and it went to associate director.. did anyone did this before? What was outcome? Will they terminate me?

Corporate rules

  1. Never ever try to question the shit policies even though they are shit. Bcz your mental peace will disturb.

  2. The only hike we will get is during switch only. We can mentally fix that we wouldn't get any hike internally.

  3. Join new organisation with huge salary, and never expects hike from them.

Honestly.. I wasn’t much in favour of joining a corporate.. but these experiences taught me much

Majority of us know this but cannot accept it.. We work and we expect.. that just being human and logical. We being betrayed is another story. And other major stuff in life we leech on to such toxicity and keep ourselves in dark. If only switching was that easy and comfort zone was not a thing then world would have been different.. Personal, political, location etc everything affects us so at end of the day just keep calm and let this bullshit not affect anyone personal wellbeing. Hustle at your pace and you will get there eventually

Before grievance you have conveyed your discomfort with PL ?
And what was his input on that.

If they have given you false hopes, then your step is okay.

@Frustratedcontroller Could you please provide an update on the process? I am considering raising a grievance regarding this matter, but I am uncertain about the potential consequences. Please inform me if Human Resources offers any resolution, or if they reiterate the same concerns about budget constraints and shared circumstances.

I cannot see any open grievances in the current grievance page.. even I didn’t get any call or update from HR or AD as of now.. there might be site issue or something
