Trending @Accenture; Urgent Need Help 😭

I joined in August 24 and completed my training. After waiting 3 months without any project, I was put into the same training again. Now the training is over, but I am still unsure if I will get a project in this DU. My probation was also extended, and I’ve heard some colleagues were moved to PIP after probation extension, which worries me.

I reached out to other project managers who have openings, but one of them told me that I cannot be considered because my staffing is locked till March 26. I am actually available right now, but my DU has locked my availability.

Got wasted almost one year in this. Help me what should I Do now
