Trending @Accenture; Urgent help needed!

I received official roll-off confirmation from the client, my access was fully removed, and I notified HR about this. Despite this, HR took two weeks and then insisted I remain in the same project, even though my medical condition (non-recoverable hearing loss) prevents me from using headsets. I requested redeployment support to find a more suitable project.

However, in a recent meeting, HR accused me of being disrespectful for voicing concerns about the lack of support and consideration for my condition. I escalated this issue to higher management, yet I still haven’t received any response. They’re also not approving my attendance, despite my attempts to follow up through multiple channels.

It feels like my situation is not being addressed according to Accenture’s policies, and it’s unclear why I’m being pressured to remain in a project I’ve officially rolled off from, with my access revoked. This experience is both confusing and stressful, and I’m not sure where to escalate further within Accenture for support and resolution.

I think it's not the right way. But I think you can raise POSH for the HR who did this to you maybe they will help you out. I am just saying this because it's better than sitting and waiting for a response which will never come.

I raised posh they replie they only deal with sexual harassment not mental harassment 🙂. I mean I am not understanding what is wrong with them.

But this is mental harassment correct? What are they not understanding?

Raise this to some of Accenture leadership guys, there are some of them who value ethics and work life balance

If it is an internal project then they are even worse . I was unfortunately in an edge internal project where an AD was harassing me , on top of it I'm a female employee, i seek help from hr , hr replied the AD is an employee from last 15 yrs , I put my paper got 200 hike . Oops i tried to reach out to the AD's people lead who is Accenture leadership, he wanted to help ,but he couldn't because of that AD started his career in Accenture. I have all the proofs

Sadly in Accenture hr can spit any bs by linking to any policy. They twist everything so much that people start getting new health problems. Better you start looking out and leave this toxic place

Exactly that’s what they are doing . When i asked for policy they literally lied on email saying redeployment is not unpaid. Wherein i have the recording of meeting where hr said it is unpaid.🙂

Man, that sounds rough. Maybe try reaching out to a senior leader you trust or someone in Employee Relations for a fresh perspective. Keep pushing for your health needs, it's important.

I have emailed them the details and even thread this going in for 5 months . I don’t get it . How can they play politics even after knowing my condition. I provided documentation of medical where doctor has written themselves. Still this is the condition. No one bothered to help. I feel it was biggest mistake to join this company.😞

Upload your disability on the workday. You will get added to the disability group. Voice your concerns there. They are most helpful in such situations. HRs are useless in Accenture.

Thank you so much. I will definitely do that😊.
