Trending @Accenture; Update regarding Variable Pay

Had a connect with my my DU Lead today morning.

He has said variable pay for June 2025 will be the same percentage as it's showing on rewards.accenture.com for December 2024 across all the levels.

So don't expect any change in number.

Same vp% as last cycle is really disappointing. My last vp% was just 7% and was a loaned resource that time. My manager had promised me a good number this cycle. But looking at the above confirmation seems like I'm gonna get same 7% vp this time as well
