Trending @Accenture; Update on Promotions, VP, and Hike

Just had a connect with my People Lead. Sharing a simple Q&A format for everyone’s clarity:

Q. When will we get to know about Promotion, VP, and Hike? A. The information will be released to People Leads by Friday most probably. From Monday, they are expected to communicate the updates to their respective reportee. As of now, only SM and above are aware of the hike and VP percentages, since they've filled the compensation tool (which was due Monday) and it has been closed.

Q. Are we going to get VP this cycle? A. Yes, we will be getting VP this cycle. The percentage is expected to be similar to the November as per experience so far. It will be paid along with the May salary.

Q. Are we getting a hike if we’re not promoted? A. It depends on the project and budget. There will be "stay at level" hikes based on the allocated budget.

Conclusion: We’ll get to know everything by Monday. Until then, please stop asking the same questions repeatedly. I completely understand how important the hike and VP are for all of us, but let’s just have a little more patience for 3 more days.
