Promotions are limited till L9. If your skill is in Demand , you have P3 & above, No hike in July / Sep can expect good hike.

Variable pay also seemed decent if you are TP or DA

Hike capped at 0% for regular and out performers. Promotees will get 13% max. The priority is to reduce headcount now. So they want you to leave.

Yes, I heard similar from my manager. TP/DA could get higher VB % but 0% when it comes to hike.

Let me clear the air. Most of the things said are true here. 13% to promotional candidates, numbers are low in terms of promotion. People who got promoted this June gets 0% hike and less VP. Remember, December is hike cycle and June is promotion cycle. So people who thinks June they will get hike, dont make your hopes high.
