Trending @Accenture; Update of promotion slots for level 9 and hike in June
Any news about promotion for June cycle. Hearing from senior management that promotion slot will be very less this time as well.
Getting tagged for promotion from last 4 cycle and hearing same comment again and again.
Can someone from senior level please give me some insight on this?

Brothers why are you guys waiting for promotion. Test your skill outside you will get at least 50-60 percent hike if not more.
this time promotion is a bad idea, your workload will increase with any significant salary hike. If you are talented then it is better to switch jobs, than taking promotion.
Truth is taking promotion is of no use just 7-15 percent hike in level 9 to 8...Considering the workload and additional roles and responsibility it's not worth it..
