Above is my yesterday’s post Today my lead/Manager agreed to revert back my papers. It is ok for them to take me back in the project I’m working as Oracle DBA, with 3 years and 8 months experience My CTC is 6.5 LPA including variable. Am I making good decision by taking back my papers? or Shall I wait till January hiring season and get a hike upto 11 12 LPA?

Wait till January hiring season. You can get better hike upto 11-12 LPA. Don't settle now.
