Managers graduated from IIT and IIM definitely have strong IQ but EQ is really bad They know to play with number but zero when it comes team managment. What is ur experience? Do u agree

My opinion is it depends what kind of leadership they got. If their leadership has a good EQ then that will be passed on to them. People generally treat others how they are being treated.
