Trending @Accenture; Unfair promotion hike

I have recently completed two years at Accenture, and the company has granted a uniform hike of 24 percent to all employees who onboarded two years ago, promoting them from CL12 to CL11. I believe I deserve more than just a 25 percent increase. Could we discuss this matter with the manager and explore the possibility of a higher hike?
