I resign in January after that, the management of the project literally started behaving very rudely. Whenever they need a work. They will talk you like You Are the person who has all the dependency but the time when I asked them for a planned leave, although I have a 40+ EL and 4 casual leaves, even after that for a single day of leave, they are giving me and point that we will extend your notice period. So I would say Accenture is now fully toxic with the non-ethical managers who try to treat you like a slave once you’re on the notice
Just start ignoring them soon they’ll roll you off from the project 😂
If you put down the papers even thought your a worst performer you won’t be rolled off.
As per company policy when you are on notice period project cant roll off till last day.
If you have sick leave apply them...during notice period there is no other way if your manager approves then not you can apply for CL and EL.. otherwise release date will be extended
You are not allowed to take any kind of leaves if you put down your papers you can take leave that is sick leaves only. Also you need to provide required document if your manager and hr ask. This is very clear in employee handbook
Use your CLs, they can't extend your NP
