Hello All, I joined accenture in 2021 june and i have received only 1 hike till today. My AM told I might get promotion. But i am underpaid in my team.

I have 6 years of overall experience and my CTC is 12.98lpa.

If i get a promotion to L9 how much i can expect. Will they match L9 slab or just give 15-20% hike ?

If you are a software engineer then don't expect much. They are giving good pay for consultancy/advisory but not sde

10.8L is fixed .

Just 20 to 30% is max, If they really wish to increase the Package they might have raised the CTC component by now.

They want you to work hard for less pay
