For 10 years ... 25 lpa is a low pay I say. After you get the hike.. try to shift after 3 months. You will jusp to 40 to 50 lpa for sure.

Congratulations for promotion, I think you will get more with Promotion, usually the variable percentage in promotion goes to 25%, which itself is a big boost to CTC. I have always received more than a 30% hike in promotion in Accenture.

Hey Just to add - Got the outcome today, got promoted, but the % isnt as expected (13). So the landing number 22.5 now

I am at Level 9 in Accenture Serving NP . LWD is 16 May 25. I was having 18 fixed + 2 vp. Total experience - 9 years 4 months. All years in Accenture only from the start. This package I was getting from 2022 December. Now I have 3 offers , highest being 28 fixed + 1.5 variable + health insurance extra benefits. Other offers around 26,27.
