I have been hard-locked to a project as a fresher, but the PMO has informed me that they cannot provide a charge code as I was auto hard locked through system, so I need to use the ‘Unassigned Time WBSE’ on MyTE untill i am transferred to another project.
Could anyone please clarify if using this code has any negative impact on my compensation, including variable pay, appraisals, or any other aspects of my employment? Additionally, will this affect my billing status or future project allocations?"

Dude ask them to release if they're not providing project charge code , as your chargebility will go down which will have an impact on variable pay
