Do we get extra payment for working in UK/Client timings?
Varies from project to project. I'm working as per UK time, not getting a single penny as shift allowance, sometimes even forced to work on weekends/public holidays saying critical project work, no compensation for that either.
But, I have friends in different projects, getting allowance/compensation/even getting meal vouchers if there's a team lunch in different location and they are in different location.

No it's a 9 hours shift. You adjust timing based on client timing. Only compensation paid if work on holiday or Saturday that too if approved by team lead
