Hi Everyone, I am actively looking for job change, I have updated my naukari profile as well, I am getting sufficient interview calls but when it comes to notice period I am not getting call back from HR, they are asking to reduce notice period, how to play with it ? Current default notice period is 3 months, Also, what are some other best job websites except naukari to find tech jobs. TIA...
Reduce notice period by using ur remaining leaves or negotiate with ur manager. Try LinkedIn for tech jobs. 💻
Thanks, it would be possible after resigning, but what should I tell to the recruiter before resigning? They are not giving response after knowing about the notice period and my project manager is not ready to release me so I can reduce my notice period during bench
