Trending @Accenture; Trending tech to switch

I have 6+ years working experience with Accenture , and mainly on AWS, GitHub pipelines and few other monitoring tools

Can someone suggest trending tech you see in new job roles to switch for devops kind of roles

(No experience with docker and kubernetes so far)
