Trending @Accenture; Transitioned to New Opportunities After a Missed Promotion

In the May promotion cycle, I did not receive a promotion (MAL 43). Consequently, I begin exploring new job opportunities the following day. After two weeks of searching, I received an offer yesterday and subsequently submitted my resignation. Despite my Team Lead requested for me to reconsider, I have decided to move forward with new opportunity and will not be retaining my current position. Here my Designation is Analyst, Now i got equivalent to specialist in the new company.
